I spilled my paints on my digital canvas! They're just pouring out! This is the result of a Photoshop CS clouds filter, a gradient map, quite a bit of clone brushing in several blend modes, radial-zoom blur, watercolor filter, a couple of "Polar to Rectangular" coordinate conversions, a few duplicate layers, some more filters, and a bit more that I don't remember. Basically the same thing I always do: come up with new and exciting ways to mess around in Photoshop, until I get something I like. It's partly just coincidence, but I think the colors turned out positively awesome. The combination of green, blue, and pink partly just came up when I was experimenting with layer blends, even though I originally started with a similar (but less contrast-y) color scheme and modified it a lot before these colors kinda came up.
